With its built-in reflux condenser and purpose-built botanical basket, the Air Still Pro offers unparalleled versatility, allowing you to produce a range of spirits to suit your preferences. Achieve clean, neutral spirits at up to 90% ABV in reflux mode and create flavoursome or botanical-infused spirits at up to 80% ABV in pot still mode. The Air Still Pro is also suitable for producing distilled water. The Air Still Pro features is catered to safety and convenience, the automatic foreshots collection vial captures the first 30 ml of distillate, enabling easy disposal of foreshots. This feature enhances safety and streamlines the distilling process by eliminating extra steps. Unlike other stills that require an external cooling source, the Air Still Pro requires no additional water for cooling during distillation making the distillation process more convenient and efficient.
