Hops – Wakatu 100gm

A fine dual-purpose hop with a heady mix of floral and citrus notes.  Formerly New Zealand Hallertau upon release in the late 80’s quickly become a stable in lager brewing.

Typical Alpha Acid Content 6%-9%
