Wine Stabiliser or preservative for wine. Potassium Sorbate is used to hinder continued fermentation of the yeast. It is commonly used in wine, ciders and mead post-fermentation and before back sweetening. this product is more effective when used in combination with sodium metabisulphite (Campden tablets).
