Released into the brewery circuit in 1972, this New Zealand hop has earned its reputation being a “brewery workhorse”. Although prevalent in lagers, this hop carries a solid Stryian spicy character which is right at home in a bitter ale or Irish stout. Good for bittering and aroma. Aromatics of spicy dried fruit give way to a solid bitter finish.
