he Classic 6 Fermentation Pack includes all the ingredients you need to combine with 6 kg (13.2 lb) Turbo Sugar or 7 kg (15.4 lb) Dextrose (both sold separately) to make a 25 L (6.6 US Gal) wash for distilling 3.6-3.8 L (1.0 US Gal) of neutral spirit at approximately 93% ABV.
Fermentation Time:
• At 15°C (59°F): 9-10 days
• At 30°C (86°F): 4-5 days
Yield (approx.):
• With 6 kg (13.2 lb) Turbo Sugar using the T500 Reflux Condenser: 3.6 L (0.95 US Gal) @ 93% ABV (186 Proof)
• With 7 kg (15.4 lb) Dextrose using the T500 Reflux Condenser: 3.8 L (1 US Gal) @ 93% ABV (186 Proof)
