A juniper-forward dry gin style with high juniper intensity, closely matching traditional Dutch genever character. Clean, robust and herbal, delivering a firm juniper bite suited to classic gin serves.

Instructions – Add 10ml per litre of ~40% spirit. Mix well & age for 7 days. Makes up to 5L.
